- Is Wondersense suitable for all ages?
- Absolutely! Wondersense is designed for the curious at heart, no matter the age. Whether you’re a child, a teen, or an adult, there’s something to amaze and entertain everyone.
- Can I visit Wondersense if I have a medical condition?
- We strive to make Wondersense as inclusive as possible. While most experiences are suitable for all visitors, some installations include flashing lights, strong scents, or enclosed spaces. If you have any medical conditions, we recommend checking with our team in advance to ensure a comfortable visit.
- Are there any restrictions or rules I should know?
- Wondersense is all about having fun and exploring freely, but a few guidelines help keep the experience enjoyable for everyone. We ask visitors to be mindful of others, follow on-site instructions, and respect the installations. Certain areas may have additional rules, such as no food or drinks, to preserve the sensory environment.
- How long does the experience take?
- On average, visitors spend around 60–90 minutes exploring Wondersense, but there’s no rush! You’re welcome to take your time and fully immerse yourself in each exhibition.
- What should I wear?
- Comfort is key! We recommend wearing casual clothing and comfortable footwear, as some experiences may involve movement or interactive elements. You can look pretty while comfy, though!

- How do I get tickets for Wondersense?
Getting your tickets is as easy as following your senses! Simply head to Go Tickets, select your preferred date and time, and secure your spot in just a few clicks. No need to print anything – just bring your confirmation and get ready for an unforgettable immersive adventure! - Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Admission is free for children up to 2 years old (inclusive).- Children (ages 3 to 12): €17.00
- Teens (ages 13 to 17): €19.00
- Adults (ages 18 to 64): €22.00
- Seniors (65 and over): €17.00
Proof of age (ID card or passport) is required.
- I would like to change the date or time of my tickets, is that possible?
