These Terms and Conditions govern:
- The internal operations of the Wondersense;
- The purchase of tickets through electronic means for access to the venue;
- The use of the website www.wondersensemuseum.com.
Responsible Entity
The Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of Flash Five Senses, Lda, headquartered at Rua das Carmelitas, no. 130, 4099-069 Porto, registered with the Commercial Registry Office under the single registration and corporate entity number 518 196 704 (hereinafter referred to as “Wondersense”).
Visiting the Wondersense and purchasing tickets implies reading, understanding, and fully accepting these Terms and Conditions.
By clicking the button “I accept the website’s terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy,” the user declares that they understand and accept the terms of website use, the Wondersense operational rules, and the ticket purchase conditions. If the user disagrees, they must refrain from using the website and/or visiting the Wondersense.
Wondersense reserves the right to partially or fully change or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Changes take effect from the date of their publication on the website. Regular consultation of updated versions is recommended.
Operating Rules
- If the visit is suspended, rescheduling will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible or desired by the visitor, a full refund will be issued, with no right to additional compensation.
- The experience may be altered due to technical or operational reasons. In such cases, rescheduling or refunding will not apply (e.g., malfunction of an installation element).
- The opening hours may change without prior notice.
- Changes to ticket date/time can be requested up to 48 hours before the visit by email and are subject to Wondersense‘s confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, preferably using the same payment method as the purchase.
- Refund requests must be sent to geral@wondersensemuseum.com at least 48 hours before the visit date, including the order number and proof of payment.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their stay.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
- Failure to attend on the scheduled date and time results in ticket forfeiture, with no right to refund or rescheduling.
- Tickets, once purchased (whether paid or free), are non-refundable and non-transferable. They will be considered invalid if altered.
- Leaving and re-entering the experience is not allowed. Each ticket can only be validated once.
- Tickets are valid exclusively for the indicated date and time. Only one change is allowed, requested by email at least 48 hours in advance.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, strike, technical failure, or force majeure), the Wondersense reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel services, with no obligation for additional compensation to the visitor.
- Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser, upon return of the corresponding ticket (physical or digital).
Ticketing
- Ticket prices vary according to age and time of visit:
- Adult: from 18 years old;
- Senior: 65 years or older;
- Child: between 4 and 16 years old;
- Children up to 2 years old (inclusive): free entry.
- Prices may change throughout the year, depending on demand or schedules.
- Lost tickets may be reissued upon presentation of valid proof of purchase (contact details, invoice, and/or payment receipt).
- Wondersense may request photo ID with birthdate to validate tickets with reduced rates. If legitimacy is not confirmed, the Wondersense reserves the right to deny entry without refund.
